False Claims Act Act Legal Zone. The TAF Legal Zone contains a library
of sample False Claims Act complaints and settlements, appellate court
decisions, TAF Quarterly Review articles, and legal updates.
Access to this portion of the TAF web site requires a password which
is available only to paid TAF Education Fund members. TAF Education Fund
membership is limited to attorneys dedicated to representing qui tam
relators. If, however, you have represented defendants in an FCA action and
still want to become a member of the TAF Education Fund, please contact our

Annual TAF Membership is $525 a year and requires submitting an
